Placing an Order
To place an order on our website, please use our secure on-line shopping basket
and enter your credit card information. If you have questions regarding any of our
products and services, you can email us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at

Hometown Harvest reserves the right to make comparable substitutions for products
that have been discontinued or that are not available from suppliers to fulfill customer
orders in a timely manner.
Guarantee/Returns
We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be
pleased with your order. If you need to return something, please send an email to
customerservice@hometownharvest.com within 3 days of receiving your order, with
a brief description of why you wish to return the item(s) . Upon receipt of your E-mail,
you will receive return authorization with a return address. We will accept authorized
returns as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging. Hometown
Harvest will refund the original purchase price excluding any shipping fees that were
incurred during order fulfillment. ALL inquiries concerning returns, or requests for
refunds, or reimbursements of any nature, must by received in writing by Hometown
Harvest (Lake Prince Distributors) within (60) days of original order date.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover for your convenience.
Delivery Time
Most orders usually ship within 3-5 business days from the initial order date. This is
an estimated ship time considering such variables as product availability, and (or)
any unforseen problems that may occur with suppliers and (or) shipping services
used by Hometown Harvest. An approximate ship time will be E-mailed to you with
your order confirmation.
Shipping
Hometown Harvest uses UPS Ground or USPS for most shipping. Shipping
charges are calculated automatically in the shopping cart and vary by weight.
Hometown Harvest reserves the right to use alternative shipping services to expedite
and (or) insure proper delivery of any order. (Please Note* Shipping charges may
vary from those displayed at time of purchase according to ship locality or weight
variance).
Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Virginia
(5%). This is due to the fact that our corporate office is in Suffolk, Virginia. All other
states are tax-exempt.
